Thanks to all the wonderful attendees of the Festive Wreath Making workshop. What a lovely, fun afternoon. We used the willow cut from the Hayburn Park willow tunnel and then got all creative! Thanks to The Studio on Dumbarton Road for having us.
Come along and join your neighbours to clear up Hayburn Lane before the winter to keep it as mud and rubbish free as possible and to sweep the leaves up from Hayburn Crescent before it starts to get all slippy. From 11am on Sunday 10th November 2019.
*Please remind your neighbours that dumping of rubbish and garden waste is not permitted in Hayburn Lane and you can be fined for it. All items of bulk waste must be left on Hayburn Crescent for collection by Glasgow Council. (Usually on a Friday) See their web site for further information or to request the specific uplift of an item.
Huge thanks to the Area West Partnership for funding our new Table Tennis Table and to Glasgow Council for installing it.
Hayburn Park is proud to announce the opening of its Little Free Library! Borrow a book, lend a book and enjoy reading. Huge thanks to Iris and Kaspar’s Grandad for building our Little Library.

A few years ago Sport Scotland gave us a lot of funding that made it possible to upgrade Hayburn Park. The cycle path, football pitch resurfacing, renovated monkey bars, amphitheatre, hammocks, willow tunnel, orchard, picnic area, painting, planting, Totem poles and the big rocks!! We could not have done it without them and are very, very grateful.
They have asked us to circulate this survey to as many Hayburn Park fans as possible to get feedback on whether their investment has been successful in inspiring the community to use the park.
Please complete and pass it on.
Huge thanks to our leaf sweepers and all the sponsors who donated on Saturday 6th October 2018. Thanks also to Glasgow Council who came out specially to collect all our bags of leaves. HPPA raised £1100 for our friend and Hayburner Claire who is fundraising to continue her cancer treatment. Find out more on her web page.
