Come along and join your neighbours to clear up Hayburn Lane before the winter to keep it as mud and rubbish free as possible and to sweep the leaves up from Hayburn Crescent before it starts to get all slippy. From 11am on Sunday 10th November 2019.

*Please remind your neighbours that dumping of rubbish and garden waste is not permitted in Hayburn Lane and you can be fined for it. All items of bulk waste must be left on Hayburn Crescent for collection by Glasgow Council. Sport Scotland Survey

A few years ago Sport Scotland gave us a lot of funding that made it possible to upgrade Hayburn Park. The cycle path, football pitch resurfacing, renovated monkey bars, amphitheatre, hammocks, willow tunnel, orchard, picnic area, painting, planting, Totem poles and the big rocks!! We could not have done it without them and are very, very grateful.

They have asked us to circulate this survey to as many Hayburn Park fans as possible to get feedback on whether their investment has been successful in inspiring the community to use the park.

Please complete and pass it on.

Big Lunch Thank Yous!

The Big Lunch 2018 was great fun with lots of new neighbours coming to join us to share a fantastic buffet of food and take part in the biggest tug o war we’ve ever seen!

Thank you to everyone for coming along and bringing their culinary delights and huge thanks for the donation of compostable plates, cups and cutlery from Veggieware and for the donation of soft drinks, grapes, quiche and an amazing tomato and mozzarella salad from Morrison’s Partick, and for the cheese board and oatcakes and strawberries from Waitrose Byres Road.

Special Thanks to the Junior Hayburn Playpark Association for making the gorgeous banner and organising and running bric a brac, pre loved clothing and nail and face painting stalls. An incredible achievement.
