Orchard Planting Coming Soon!

Just wanted to let everyone know how grateful we are for your donations to the community orchard. We reached our target through crowdfunding with My Park Scotland and, all being well, we should be able to plant our fruit trees in late autumn this year. Watch this space for further information as it would be great if you can join us for the planting day as we will need lots of help.

Architecture and Design Scotland will be holding this event in Hayburn Park on the 10th September 2015 – all welcome.

Greenspaces – whether parks, playing fields, allotments or a wee green corner at the end of the street – make a big difference to our lives. But is Scotland’s greenspace getting better or worse? Join us in Hayburn Play Park as we tell the stories of some inspiring greenspace projects. Sharing the highs and lows, the challenges and celebrations – what lessons can we learn?

Greenspace Scotland’s Project of the Month!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the Hayburn Park Development is Project of the Month on Greenspace Scotland’s website. It’s a great endorsement of our project and everyone’s hard work in getting plans to this stage.

We are all looking forward to making the delivery of this exciting project happen this year.
